The Conchquistador is perfect for families or friends wanting a getaway vacation together. The home is fully air conditioned, has two bedrooms and one bath with a walk-in shower.

The Conchquistador is located right across the street from the water and just steps from the ferry dock. You can sit inside and people-watch as people walk by from the ferry several times a day.

The Conchquistador has a large and complete kitchen with a dishwasher, making clean-up easier after a day of enjoying island activities. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room/living room for formal gatherings and to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of the island life.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. The couch in the living room pulls out to a twin bed.

Outside you will find a porch with furniture to sit and enjoy the view of the water.
